You Must Be Stoking brings the best of UK comedy to The Stoke pub in Guildford on the first Wednesday of every month.

The Scottish comedian first came to the notice of comedy audiences when he won Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny Award in 1991. Since then his reputation has grown as a writer, stand-up and actor. He's recognisable from being a writer/performer on Alistair McGowan's Big Impression (BBC1 - 4 series), as well as roles on Fist of Fun, Knowing Me Knowing You, and Alas Smith & Jones.
