A welcome return to The Stoke for a comedian whose star is on the rise. Joe is a topical, genial act, who won the Stand Up & Coming 2009 Gong Show, the Comedy Central Funniest Student of 2010, and was shortlisted for Best Comedy at the 2009 Guide Awards (I think that's to do with The Guardian, not the Girl Guides).
